Standard Delivery Times

Our products are sourced and printed from our Printing partners. Therefore, it can take 1-3 weeks for items to reach your doorstep, and potentially longer due to delays outside of our control. We don’t refund purchases due to delays in delivery or buyer’s remorse bub.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final, however, defected items will be honored for either replacement or refund. For any defected items, please report your issue in the submission box below within 7 days of receiving your order.

Buyer’s Remorse

No refunds are accepted for sizing or buyer’s remorse. All garment information is available on the product detail page. The onus is on the customer to research said garment materials, quality, texture, etc.

Ordering

Please note that upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically emailed confirming the purchase intent. If you do not receive this, please check your spam folder or email us. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be canceled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason, as we see fit. Please further note that we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, we shall issue a return to you in the amount of the incorrect price. We cannot guarantee that all items included in the shop are in stock at the time of your order. If an item is unavailable you will be notified by our customer service team in a timely manner. We reserve the right to amend content of the site at any time. We will always strive to keep all of the information on the site as accurate as possible, including images and pricing, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to sending it out should we find an error in pricing.

Wrong Address
If you accidentally input the wrong shipping address and your item(s) is/are lost, the item may be returned to our warehouse. If said item(s) is/are returned and you would like them sent to the correct address, you would be responsible for this additional fee.

If your item has been returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will attempt to contact you once and if we do not hear from you within 2 weeks, your item will be donated to charity.
